HEARTFELT CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ENTIRE DRIVERS COMMUNITY FOR PEDPA SUCCESSFUL CREATION OF 20 LGA STRUCTURES IN LAGOS STATE.
As the Union body for the E-hailing Drivers Community in Nigeria, PEDPA has taking the centre stage and has assumed full responsibility for the creation of structures of E-hailing Drivers and Lease Partners across 36 state of the federation
We have currently created 20 local government Branches in Lagos State which includes the following local governments:

WHAT HAS PEDPA ACHIEVED?
1•We have played an active role in making the E-hailing Transportation Service legal and a sector to reckon with in Lagos State. We also played an active role in the E-hailing regulative guidelines meetings with Lagos State ministry of transportation to protect our collective interests. The meeting has in attendance all app companies!
2• Functioning Legal Unit. Our legal unit has on many occasions taken up cases involving drivers without them making any financial commitment. This includes rescue of drivers and their impounded cars at the Airport, bailing of cars impounded by task force without paying any dime. Just to mention but few!
3• SECURED DRIVERS WELFARE. We have been able to negotiate 5% commission out of the commission that will be charge by app company to ensure welfare package for our members.
4• Contractual obligations to have say in the price of our service was also established.
5• SECURE GOVERNMENT GRANT. Federal government survival fund had been secured, but yet to be disbursed to our members. We however need to fall to formation of our respective local government Branch to access this grant Registration is still ongoing at PEDPA official website
6• We recently secured Fuel on Credit and car spare parts on credit for our members to reduce the complexity of car maintenance which will commence in few weeks from now!
