Today we all are quick to describe how bad Nigeria is, and how bad our leaders are
We forgot the impact of our deliberate and emotional (attitudinal dispositions) contributions towards Nigeria, we forgot there are consequences to our actions and Inactions.
We forgot that we will reap the reward if we believe and we’ll also reap the reward of our disbelief
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Nigeria is not just bad because of bad leadership, it’s also bad because it’s full of citizens who find it hard to believe in themselves.
The so-called educated ones will be watching channels-TV on election day, ask them to go out and vote they will give you analysis on how they know the winner and did not need to vote, tell them the importance of their finger they will give you in-depth analysis on how your votes might not count. They are the wisest yet they don’t go out to vote, they are the best yet they don’t know how to involve themselves in what will make Nigeria better. Even when an average Nigerian citizen decides to go for voting, he will be looking out for a party that can pay a token for his finger ?.

The Bible says “IF YOU BELIEVE YOU WILL RECEIVE”
Norman Vincent Pearle says “Believe IN YOURSELF! HAVE FAITH IN YOUR ABILITIES! WITHOUT A HUMBLE BUT REASONABLE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR OWN POWER YOU CANNOT BE SUCCESSFUL OR HAPPY” ???
You need to believe that Nigeria can be better and you need to have faith in your ability to be part of the positive change
This is the same thing we need to do wherever we find ourselves, be it our homes, churches & mosques, schools, families, street, CDAs, LGAs and our working place which happens to be the e-hailing industry.
?♂️?♂️?♂️An average driver believe the leaders or the app companies are the ones in charge of the woes befalling the e-hailing industry, they have forgotten their actions and inactions are the main reason why we are where we are today!
We need to stand up and re-organise this industry completely, let’s forget about the past failures and learn to move forward. Thomas Edison failed in 999 attempts before he was able to invent the light bulb.
PEDPA is calling another strike and protest, let’s join hand, let’s believe in ourselves, let’s do whatever it takes to make this strike successful. If you have been part of the past attempted strike, keep it up, come out again, leave the failures for LAWMA?♂️.
And if you have never believed in any strike this is the time to believe in yourself, your actions and inactions has a great impact on our e-hailing sector, therefore arise and be part of those who will cross the T’s and dot the I’s as we embark on this strike starting from on the 12th Oct 2020.
