?SAFETY AND SECURITY MEASURES?
Part of PEDPA responsibilities are to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of our members is utmost priority at all time.
It’s pertinent to note that the events of these past few day has critically affected sane minded people psychologically and as such we at ( Pedpa) admonish our driver community to take extra care and caution both in terms of interaction with already tensed rider and as well be professional when driving
This is the period to be more polite and adopt ethic of professionalism in all aspects of our engagement, we must now take conscious effort to protect ourselves, stay safe and ensure we work in accordance with Lagos state curfew procedure and time lines.
If possible let’s not engage in offline with people we are not familiar with, we should also be careful of accepting trip request in certain flash spot that might suggest security threat
Please note, the fact that recently, shops, malls and homes have been looted and valuable items have been parted away with, e-hailing drivers are strongly warn and advice to withdraw from delivery of items in the absent of rider, and if you must deliver any item, you must be extremely careful and take extra care in doing so, precautions must be taking and make sure you know the content and have the waybill for such delivering item or the item has a back up receipt as a matter of necessity to avoid been harassed/arrested by the police, as such items might be a stollen items
Our safety and the security of our riders should be our priority at this time and not the sum amount of money we intends to make.
